We’re looking for a passionate, highly skilled mid-to-senior Full Stack Engineer to help shape the future of our platform and lead the charge in creating intuitive, high-performance user experiences. You’ll join a seasoned team of engineers who have built successful, venture-backed startups in the Mid-Atlantic — and your work will have a real, measurable impact.

EasyRCA is the leader in the root cause analysis (RCA) software category — trusted by major Fortune 500 companies to optimize production, enhance worker safety, and tackle complex challenges in the "ManuTech" sector. Using a cutting-edge tech stack, you’ll deliver elegant, enterprise-grade solutions to world-class clients like Pepsi, International Paper, and Morton Salt.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of critical front- and back-end features that scale.
• Architect solutions that are efficient, consistent, and deliver a frictionless user experience.
• Ensure rock-solid uptime and reliability of our cloud-based platform.
• Partner with designers to balance feature ambition with feasibility and realistic timelines.
• Break down big ideas into achievable milestones, helping Product Managers plan and prioritize.
• Serve as a technical translator, bridging the gap between engineering and business stakeholders.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to keep the codebase robust and future-ready.
• Maintain clear documentation so no one’s left guessing.
• Foster a culture of iteration, innovation, and high coding standards.
• Champion transparent communication, inclusivity, and cross-team visibility.
• Thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease.
• Contribute to the long-term vision for the platform, development practices, and overall company growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end and full-stack experience building scalable, high-performance React + TypeScript web applications on AWS/Heroku.
• Proven skills in performance tuning and accessibility best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for simplifying complexity into actionable steps.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, collaborating, and sharing your expertise.
• Strong communicator who can align both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges in an agile, iterative development environment.

• Proficiency in Go, Git/GitHub, PostgreSQL plus experience with testing, automation, and CI/CD.
• Bonus points for familiarity with Tanstack Query, Yarn, Tailwind, Vite, Zustand, Immutable.js, or Tachyons.

Remote-First with Regional Connection

We’re a remote-first company, but prefer candidates in the Eastern Time Zone — ideally near Richmond, DC, or Raleigh. We come together in person quarterly in Richmond, VA for collaboration, connection, and innovation.
