• Org admins can now reorder custom fields from settings, and the new order is used everywhere those fields appear.
• The Group, Owner, and Responsible Parties filters on the Tasks page now let you select more than one option.
• If Easy Assistant’s AI service is temporarily unavailable, the chat now tells you so and links to a status page.

• Clicking View Report right after creating an analysis from the Create RCA menu now opens the report instead of bouncing back to the editor.
• Dates typed into the side panel now save even when the time is left blank, and an event date entered without a time no longer shows as 8:00 PM.
• The group you choose in Event Details no longer appears blank after switching tabs.
• Changing an analysis’s status in Event Details and then switching tabs no longer reverts the status or shows a save error.
• Analyses created with the Wizard now open with the full 5 Whys or Fishbone starting shape, the same as analyses started from Blank.
• Node wording can no longer be changed with the keyboard on a view-only shared link.
• If a file attached to an Easy Assistant message is removed from the analysis before sending, you now see which file is missing and Retry continues without it.
• The caption box for uploaded files once again shows its border and highlight when selected.

• Custom fields now appear in the web report (right after Equipment) whenever they have been filled in.
• The RCAs page CSV download now includes separate counts of verification tasks and corrective action tasks for each analysis.
• The task, note, and file status symbols now appear in downloaded tree images and in the final report, matching what you see in the editor.
• You can now select and copy text from Easy Assistant messages.

• The Upcoming verification counts on the Dashboard now match the number of tasks shown when you click them.
• Analyses without a title now show the same fallback title in the tree editor as on the RCAs page, instead of a broken title.

• Easy Assistant is now turned on automatically for newly created organizations, so new teams have it available from day one.
• The free trial badge has been removed from Easy Assistant.
• A Terms and Conditions link now appears in the menu directly below Privacy Policy.
• An analysis can only be published once it is complete, and the status of a published analysis can no longer be changed by mistake.

• Saved default filters that include a date now come back with the date you actually saved.
• Your other saved default filters are now applied alongside a saved date filter, instead of being skipped.
• The Set as Default button now greys out once your filters match the ones you already saved.
• A group you just created now appears immediately in the RCAs, Tasks, and Dashboard filters, and in the new analysis wizard.
• Names and email addresses are now clearly separated in the task assignee and analysis owner dropdowns.
• For organizations using the SAP asset hierarchy, the equipment list is once again limited to the facility you selected.
• The Dashboard task pop-ups now say which kind of task they are showing, such as Overdue Verification Tasks or Upcoming Corrective Actions.
• Tabbing through the Team and History panels now shows a visible highlight, so you can see where you are instead of counting tab stops.
• The “rows per page” label on the RCAs list is no longer cut off on phone screens.

• HEIC photos, the default format on newer iPhones, are now supported in analysis reports, so reports that include them download correctly.
• Groups now appear in alphabetical order on the Groups page and in every group dropdown.
• The Tasks page now shows a helpful message when you have no tasks, instead of a blank page.
• Task assignment emails no longer include your email address in the link, keeping personal information out of web addresses and activity logs.
• People who sign in with Microsoft or Okta can no longer be deleted from inside EasyRCA — their access is managed in your identity provider, so removing them there is what takes effect.
• The clear and dropdown buttons on the Facility and Equipment pickers can now be reached with the Tab key.
• Linking a task to a work order now updates on screen right away, and unlinking shows a confirmation message.
• Easy Assistant now honors a request for a specific node type right away, instead of continuing to suggest the default next level.

• The Title field in Event Details no longer drops characters while you type.
• Analyses that showed up under My Recently Viewed but not in RCAs search results are now returned by search.
• Newly created custom fields now appear in the event side panel of an analysis, not just in the new analysis wizard.
• Making a copy of a completed analysis now starts the copy fresh, instead of carrying over the original’s completed status and completion date.
• Starting a new analysis with a facility or equipment selected now works for organizations using the SAP asset hierarchy.
• Adding a task to the event node right after creating an analysis through the wizard no longer breaks the analysis.
• The Tasks page now shows a clear error when its list fails to load, instead of reporting no results.
• The result count on the Tasks page now matches the number of filtered tasks shown.
• The row range shown on the last page of the RCAs list now matches the rows actually listed.
• Downloading the Tasks list as a CSV now includes every row, not just the first page.
• Attaching the same file twice in Easy Assistant no longer leaves a hidden duplicate attachment behind.
• Tooltips on the Dashboard now appear when tapped on phones and tablets.

• A dismissible tip now points to Easy Assistant, making the chat panel easier to find for people who haven’t tried it yet.
• The assistant is now called Easy Assistant consistently across the app.
• Easy Assistant’s guidance has been refreshed, so its answers are more accurate and more useful.
• Every list in the analysis side panel — nodes, tasks, timeline entries, and files — now has a search box above it, so you can find the item you need without scrolling.
• The keyboard shortcut list is easier to read.
• Tabbing from the analysis description now moves straight to the file picker instead of stopping on an invisible step in between.

• Reports that previously failed to download now generate correctly, including analyses whose text contained hidden characters.
• Images now appear reliably in generated reports.
• Marking a task complete no longer shows an error message even though the task saved correctly.
• Clicking Save several times quickly when adding a timeline entry no longer creates duplicate entries.
• Leaving the Description field empty on a timeline entry now shows a clear message explaining what’s missing, instead of silently refusing to save.
• The Save button in group membership editing is now active when there are changes to save.

• The analysis side panel — nodes, tasks, timeline, and files — is now fully navigable by keyboard, with clear focus highlights and arrow-key movement between tabs, making it easier to work without a mouse.

• The report is now available right from the top navigation of the analysis, so the main output of your RCA is always easy to find and open.
• You can now save any analysis to your organization’s template library directly from the new tree editor.
• You can now mark a completed analysis as published from the side panel.
• The node details panel header is now color-coded to match the node type, so it’s easy to tell which node you’re editing at a glance.
• Easy Assistant can now suggest tasks for your analysis, and undoing a suggested addition re-enables the option to add it again.

• Copying a report to your clipboard now keeps its images intact when you paste it into Gmail or Google Docs.
• Timeline event times and revision history dates now display consistently in your local time across the timeline, editor, and report.
• “Fit to screen” now accounts for the open side panel so the tree is no longer partly hidden, and it animates smoothly

• The Easy Assistant now makes it clearer which node it is working on by matching the suggestion chip color to the node you have selected, with more consistent chip styling across node types.
• The Easy Assistant keyboard shortcut is now “E” (for Easy Assistant), and pressing it again closes the panel.

• Downloading a report as PDF or Word now works reliably; fixed an error that could stop the report from generating.
• Images now display correctly when viewing a report through a shared link.
• Fishbone analyses now place added items under the correct category instead of adding them as notes.
• Tree images now download at full resolution, matching the classic tree view.
• The Easy Assistant chat no longer gets stuck after a network interruption, so you can resend your message.
• Assigning a person to a task or to the analysis team by email no longer shows a confusing “user not added” warning.
• Cleared up inconsistent messaging about which file types are supported when uploading images to the Easy Assistant.
• The Easy Assistant no longer surfaces internal technical details when you ask which node it is focused on.
• The Easy Assistant chat no longer jumps to the wrong spot while you are typing a reply.
• Improved spacing between headings and bullet points in Easy Assistant responses.

• Easy Assistant gives sharper, more reliable guidance. It now pays attention to the node you have selected when you ask what to do next, recommends the right step for where you are in the analysis, encourages verifying the most likely failure mode before jumping to corrective actions, covers all node types more consistently, and no longer repeats duplicate suggestions.
• Non-image attachments such as documents and spreadsheets now appear as clickable links in the web report, so reviewers can download and open them directly.
• Removed the back button from the tree editor to make navigation clearer and more predictable.

         • Fixed formatting that could break in Easy Assistant replies while they were being written out, so responses now appear cleanly and load faster.
