Subprocessors

RCI may engage and use third party data processors with access to certain customer data (each, a "Sub-processor") in order to support delivery of our EasyRCA Services. For example, RCI currently uses Sub-processors to provide infrastructure services. This page provides important information about the identity and role of Sub-processors. The table below shows what activity each sub-processor performs. Prior to engaging any sub-processor, RCI undertakes a thorough review to evaluate the privacy, security and confidentiality practices of potential vendors that will or may have access to or process customer data.

RCI maintains contracts with each Sub-processor to limit the processing of customer data to the extent necessary to provide the specified service, to ensure levels of privacy and security at least equivalent to those provided by RCI, and to minimize the amount of customer data that is processed.
