• Meet Easy Assistant, a new AI helper built right into your analysis. Ask it questions in plain language, get help using EasyRCA and the RCA methodology, and receive suggestions for building out your analysis — all from a conversational side panel.

• Easy Assistant understands what you’re working on. It recognizes your active analysis type, follows PROACT terminology and node structure, suggests the right next steps for that method, and won’t declare a root cause before the analysis is complete.

• Available on PROACT, 5 Whys, and Fishbone analyses. Easy Assistant is in beta and can make mistakes, so please double-check its responses.
