Enhanced RCA Wizard

The RCA Wizard has been improved to make the workflow easier when beginning an RCA. You now have the option on the 1st step to choose PROACT, 5-Why, Fishbone or use a Template. Now costs can be added in the Wizard as well.

Capability to jump straight to the analysis from the Tasks detail in the Dashboard

If you want to review the analysis with upcoming or overdue tasks, now it is easier to quickly navigate there.

Capability to see invitations sent in the Organization tab

If a user has received an invitation but not activated their account, they will appear in the Organization tab with an ‘Invited’ badge. You may also resend their invitation email from here.

Download a CSV of all open tasks. Allows for further data manipulation and analysis. Also makes it easy to integrate this data with other systems if needed.

New Dashboard Enhancements

Report Enhancements

The RCA report is now easier to edit and easier to share. Users have 3 options to share the report: 

  1. Share the URL with anyone so they can view the full details of the report.
  2. Download the report to PDF
  3. Copy and Paste all of the text from the report onto your clipboard and paste into MS WORD or the document editor of your choice.
